These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to <strong>car rental<\/strong>, <strong>property advisory<\/strong>, and other services offered through our website <strong><a>www.rilaayo.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Services Offered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Car Rentals<\/strong> (Self-drive and Chauffeur-driven)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Real Estate Consultation &amp; Property Sales Assistance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Packers and Movers Services (as part of promotional offers)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online Booking and Payment Facilities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Rilaayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>User Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To use our services, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess valid identification (e.g., driving license, Aadhaar, etc.) for car rentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agree to comply with all applicable local laws and company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments can be made via <strong>Razorpay<\/strong> using debit\/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For car rentals, a <strong>security deposit<\/strong> may be required and is refundable as per policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All prices are inclusive of applicable <strong>GST<\/strong> and service charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of refund eligibility, the amount will be processed within <strong>5-7 business days<\/strong> to the original payment source.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Car Rentals:<\/strong> Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
