  • Package price is per person on twin sharing basis and subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Rates not valid during blackout dates.
  • The supplement charges applicable during peak dates are not included and shall be advised if/when applicable prior to the final acceptance.
  • The supplier reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the reservations in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • There is no refund applicable in case of partial utilization of services and any additional cost applicable owing to any deviation from the tour program on part of the traveller must be settled directly on the tour.
  • The Company reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behaviour is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the Company shall be under no liability to any such person.

  • 25% of the full booking amount is required as advance payment at the time of booking acceptance, if not within cancellation deadline.
  • 75% of the full booking amount is required as advance payment at the time of booking acceptance, if booking within two months of the start date.
