1. Car Rental Bookings
✅ Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time may attract up to 50% deduction, depending on the case and vehicle category.
- No-shows or cancellations after the rental period has started are not eligible for any refund.
❌ Cancellations by Rilaayo
- In rare cases where we are unable to provide the booked vehicle, a 100% refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method.
2. Property Consultation Services
- Fees paid for property visits, advisory, or site inspections are non-refundable once the service is initiated.
- If the appointment is cancelled by Rilaayo or cannot be fulfilled, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Packers & Movers (Free Offer Clause)
- Complimentary packers & movers services are only applicable on successful property bookings via Rilaayo Properties.
- If the property transaction is cancelled or reversed, the free services become void and non-redeemable.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Any payment gateway/service provider charges are non-refundable.
