All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Rilaayo.
2. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess valid identification (e.g., driving license, Aadhaar, etc.) for car rentals.
- Agree to comply with all applicable local laws and company policies.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via Razorpay using debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
- For car rentals, a security deposit may be required and is refundable as per policy.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST and service charges.
- In case of refund eligibility, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Car Rentals: Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.
- Property Services: Fees paid for property consultation are non-refundable once services are rendered.

5. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- For self-drive rentals, customers are fully responsible for vehicle damages, traffic violations, or misuse.

- Disrupt or interfere with the security of the website or services.
- Upload any harmful files, content, or code.
